Australia's third largest branded hotel operator, Stella Resorts Group, has been signed to market the Meridien Group's $90 million One Bright Point apartments on Magnetic Island.

The apartments will be offered for holiday rental when it opens next month, giving the resort capacity to house up to 500 guests a night.

The resort's developer Meridien announced yesterday that its associated Windward Resorts Management had teamed with Stella Resorts' brand Mantra and would launch travel packages later this month.
